Shipping Policy

I'm so excited to ship some artwork to you! It really means so much to me that you want to have my art in your home. I can tell you that art truly transforms your atmosphere.Â
Please allow 2-3 business days for handling. Shipping typically takes between 10-14 business days, but unforeseen factors could lengthen the shipping time.
I use a courier service for shipping and therefore shipping times are up to the carrier and I can only provide an estimate, not a guarantee.
If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact me via michelle@michelle-schulz.com within 48 hours in order to have a replacement shipped out at no additional cost to you. This excludes commissions and original paintings.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at michelle@michelle-schulz.com and I'll be happy to replace your item. NOTE: you must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return. If this is the case for an original or commission painting then there will be a wait time as no immediate replacement will be possible.
I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees or other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.
